think I have a claim?
Went to pick the car up from the impound today as it turns out its not a ringer, saw the gap between the light and bumpers was bigger so stuck my finger in it as you do. Bumper fell off and the guy said it was my fault

They said they would keep it for another week and fix it themself, but want to bond the 2 bits back together, IMO it needs full new bumper. Think I can get one off them?

 

too fuckin right you can mate - they took your car in error as well. i would be threatening legal action if they dont get it repaired PROPERLEY!

 

remember you posting about this when they took it off you

fooking pigs, surely u must be able to blag them for a new bumper if they done that to your car

Needs a new bumper anyway after a little incident with a small rock, but I had the bumper off when I was doing the gearbox and told him that and he said I must have fucked it then, cos they have 'special' lorrys for lowered cars. They managed to oval my exhaust aswell so Ill claim for that aswell lol

 

I hate it when other ppl are in posession of your car and dont take care of it as if it were their own!!

The numberplates been blacktaped onto the front to try keep it legal the now

Police are messy buggers aswell, everything out the glove box was on the passenger seat, dirt all on the carpet and Ive got an oily finger print on one of my recaros

 

sue the bastids

new bumper new pair of recaros and a new exhaust get main dealer prices too

 

defo try and claim.

 

I would go and speak to someone in the station who is in charge and tell them you will take it further if it is not rectified......

Claim for the lot, full valet, new bumper plus painting and fitting.

Dosey fuuckers, theres 4 bolts infront of the rad, looks like they just ripped your off

 

Phoned the guy on friday, and he was still saying it was all my fault, then I told him I had the bumper off cos I had the radiator off, so he says thats what caused it.

My mate was breaking a mexico so its got a red bumper on it now

Interior was really annoying me so I had to go out clean it but after the guy called me a stupid boy Ive decided to get the lawyers on them

 

get down your local solicitors and sue em, cheeky fuckers

Only thing is if I start sueing the police I might get stopped even more than I do the now, theyve taken a disliking to me round here lol.

 

if they start stopping you more take them to court for harassment!they CANT do it and WILL get disciplined for it! they have to learn that if youre within your rights to do something then you are within youre rights to do it,dont cower in the corner,stand up and tell them that you see it as criminal damage,and that you will be receiving a proper compensation from them,either in or out of court.

 

just tell them that if they try to bond it back on its not the same as how ford produced it and the next time they see the car it could be an RTA cos the bumper fell off and they dont want that do they !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
