Default Anyone see UFC last night? Tito Ortiz vs. Forrest Griffin?

I watched it on Bravo last night - thought it was an awesome fight!

Being British I really wanted the underdog to win (Forrest) but thought in the end it was the right decision by the judges, however I'd love to see Forrest get a bit more experience and fight Tito again!

I thought the main Arlovski vs. Sylvia fight was a bit of a let-down although Arlovski was looking pretty dazed after that good strike from Sylvia!

Anyone else watch it last night?

Andy

I seen this, thought Tito would have walked it but he was injured so I can see why it was closer. Would have liked it to go on for 5 rounds like forest wanted.

Given a bit more experiance or another 2 rounds and i think griffen would of taken him
Was disappointed to see arlovski lose,a little more patience from him and i belive he would of knocked sylvia out in the 2nd. Arlovski lucked absolutly gutted as he knew he had made the mistake,he pretty much ran into sylvia fist

Yeah, but it wasn't for a title so is only the usual 3 rounder.

I'm looking forward to see the match up between Stephan Bonnar and Forrest though

Forrest needs to focus bigtime, really wayward when he fights and his defence in stand-up is pretty shocking, a reall hard hitter would of had him on his ass. His takedown defence and some of his strikes were awesome though, just didnt make his punches count. Ortiz near his best would of taken him pretty easy....

Forrest always improving though, would take Bonnar again no probs IMO

Tito won the first round, his inside elbows were crazy, forrest won the second round, and the 3rd round was to close to call, but tito is a ground and pound fighter, i.e, he likes to be on the floor, forrest is more a toe to toe fighter, i.e, likes to be on his feet. the fight forest had in the final of the ultimate fighter series against stephan bonner was one of the best fights ive ever seen. watch out for the return of a legend on ufc next month, hoyce gracie is back and he's gona fight matt hughes, should be a good fight.
