Hi, can anyone help me by telling me how to remove the gear knob on a 93 4x4 saph? I have a new gaitor which I'm trying to fit. Got it stripped down but don't know how to remove the knob. I have tryed unscrewing it but it wont turn. It has a lift action for reverse. Does this make a differance?

it should just unscrew,the 2wd cossies are just screw type so i imagine the 4x4,s are the same

 

think they are just a push on fit!

 

tug on it hard till something cums off in your hand! worked for me
