adobe creative suite or photoshop
which of the two is the better and easier to use program for making sigs etc, or is there anyother you would recomend

Creative Suite is the bundle package which comes with Photoshop/Illustrator/Image Ready. Hope that helps.

ok mate cheers but is worth the extra bits or just plain photoshop

If you only want to do sigs and stuff like that then photoshop on its own would be more than enough
