DVD editing - how?

DVD editing - how?
No sniggering at the back, but Bat Out Of Hell is my all-time favourite and Radio 2 did a show last night telling the story behind the album.
I had to be out so set the DVD recorder to capture this and now I'd like to get rid of the extra bit I recorded at the front and back (had to be sure to catch the whole thing!) and put just the radio show on a CD.
I have Nero Express but can't see any editing tools. Any ideas?
