blood pressure

had mine taken today

any guesses?

132/84 !!!

was pretty much chuffed as was expecting it to be much higher.

doc was surprised too although he wants me to lose weight. his scale only went up to 140kg and i know i am a lot more though and so i guess he didnt get the read reading

Age,
Amount of exercise,
Family history
