sib;s post just reminded me about this, was gonna post last week 
as some of you may know i had a coming together with a lorry a few months ago on the motorway, was a non-fault accident (just one of those things) but the 3rd party's insurers were out to screw me.
well, tony got on the case for me, and a few days later i get a phone call from highway's (my underwriters) claims dept saying the 3rd party had dropped the claim and everything all sorted and i get my NCB back etyc. etc.
so its all COMPLETELY SORTED
BIG thanks to tony, and greenlight, they behaved like an insurance company should (and most dont) and listened to what i had to say, and fought my case for me (and used common sense! which is more than i can say for most insurers!) plug the quality of service was just as you'd expect, no indian call centres etc. etc.
so, sofar theyve been (1) the best insurers ive dealt with (2) the CHEAPEST insurers ive dealth with

TBH it was an audit of outstanding claim files that prompted me to intervene, thus my PM & the subsequent action in your favour.
