rear springs
Bit of a chew on mate!
If you're lucky:
Undo the exhaust from its hangers
Remove ARB clamps
Disconnect ABS sensors
Disconnect rear brake lines
Undo rear diff mount
Get old springs out with spring compressors.
You may have to remove the rear beam pickup bolts too.

That's what I tried, but it's easier to undo the diff mount (4 bolts, not 12 for the shafts), and getting the arms low enough to get the springs out meant that the rear brake lines were getting pulled taught
You can do mine next time!!!

Dunno about a saff, did it easy enough on my old MK5 Escort. First time I jacked it tho I had the stand under the lower arm so I couldn't push it down to get the shock free

I think we got it down about an hour for the whole job from start to finish!
Make sure the springs are sat right in the bottom arm before you lower the car as it can make it sit all wrong otherwise!!!

getting old springs out is normally tyhe hard bit. getting the new ones in is normally piss easy, as theyre gonna be aftermarket lowered ones, so they'll be shorter
