Default RS TURBO HOLDING BACK, SHUDDERING AND POPPING PROBLEM?? HELP

I have a Series 2 RS Turbo which has developed a problem. It will boost then when you hit say 15psi it shudders and erally holds back, no power at all. The boost becomes erratic and usuall drops down. Sometimes it will pop and bang and go no higher than 10psi. I have tried a new actuator which hasnt helped. Any Ideas?????

check your boost hoses especially the one going from your metering head to turbo, found that mine has gone so soft it's collapsing as when the turbo comes on full boost it's sucking in lots of air and sucks the hose closed

also check your dizzy as these commonly go
