They had a bit of a reputation not so long a go,but as long as you know what you are looking for and how to spot "a bad un"you should be ok.
He does seem a little over priced sometimes and some of the cars he has, havent been the best for the money he wants.

If he had offered me £500 more on the PX i had i would have had a cossie of him,but he wouldnt do it.

No personal experience with J28, but it seems there is threads started on here all the time about them and how bad some of the cars are for the money they want.

Someone I know bought an Esc Cos from Junkyard 28, not the place you want to go unless you know what you're looking at.

went over two weeks ago. Not sure what cars your intrested in but the imperial blue ecos is covered in chips away stile blow ins yet he wants absoulte top dollar, the silver saph 4x4 has fish eyes in the paint on the c pillars and around the roof, the "mint" low mile s2 that he wants 8k for is dog toss, again had plenty of paint and not in nice condition (especially when FUS was for sale at 7.5k the last time I checked, which is a nigh on perfect s2), the rs500 seemed ok but at 20k or near abouts you wouldnt want okay, the evos are all rough as arseholes, the coffee machine is in better condition than most of the cars!!!! Apart from that it passes the time on and im guilty myself of dropping in whenever im passing, bit of tourist attraction really. All IMHO of course

Didn't a lad on here buy a car from jnc 28 and part ex'd his Fiesta RS Turbo, 85,000 miles with no history. He went back a month later and it had 40,000 on the clock and full history up for sale for £5000, Sorry but you really do have to be a bit to buy a car from there.

If there winding the mileage back how come no one has chopped them in !!

I saw an imperial blue escort cos in there about two years ago, had runs on most of the panels where it had been painted and that was 17 or 18 k from what I remember.

There also to$$ers when you want to take one out from what i've been told.
