Can some one tell me the set up please for a 3dr,as im going to be banging it on the lazer track at work tomorrow,but the data on my machine hasnt got 3dr cosworth on it...

The Ford set up is pants anyway, as it says the toe should be parrallel when the car is static, which will mean it will toe-out in forward motion due to bush deflection and wander like Chip's eyes outside a school yard at home time .
