took on a new supplier overseas now need to make a payment,how the fook do i do it summit about chaps??? What do i need to complete etc etc and how do i know if its a genuine business or just some free loader ready to rip me off for plenty pennies. Its a pro forma too so bit nervous

Not sure about checking up if he/she/they are freeloaders but you can get a transdaction form from your bank to do single or in your case multiply transactions. You'll require his...
Full name and address
IBAN
BIC
Name of his bank
iirc these are the minimum requirements.

Swift or BIC are the same if I'm not mistaken. Or was it Swift and IBAN.

Either way, you need the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and the BIC (Bank Identification Code) to do a transaction.

If you got his VAT-number you could look it up on the European Union website and if its registred it will return name of company and adress.
