Cossie head...cam carrier numbering/location?????

Cossie head...cam carrier numbering/location?????
Ay up peeps 
Ive come to a slight slow point on my rebuild....I placed all the carrier caps neatly laid out in a box in the correct order along side their respective cam...but our twonk of an apprentise at work picked up the box, tipped it to see what was inside and muddled it all up for me...git. The caps are all very nicely marked up by ford but the head aint (yes i know i should have marked it my self 
) and I cant remember which is which?? As they were line bored I think its a good idea to keep em how they have been running for the past 19yr insted of just throwing it together lol
Can any one help me out here??

Camcaps in the following order
1 to 5 - exhaust with 1 being closest to the cam pulley
6 to 10 - inlet, with 6 being closest to the cam pulley
they will only fit one way aswell as the holes are slightly off center
