I think in the first series it was a flint grey 2wd?

In the last series it became an Ebony Black 4x4.....

They apparantly had to replace the whole bonnet, even though it was a lightened "fake" case .

I won't have pics until he brings it to our local meet .

nah he originally had a magenta one.

wasnt aware he changed it for an ebony black one though.

that was a top programme

 

I think the last ever episode was the one when it blew up which was the flint grey model

 

He also had a silver one as well - but in the last series it was a black 1990 4x4 (red-top).

 

About 3 years the flint grey one was on the auto trader website but looked rough and had about 130K on the clock

Looks as though he had four then:

Spender never had any other colour car other then flint grey. G reg 2wd was flint grey as was the H plate 4x4 and the k plate 4x4.

Spender had 3 cossies . i got every episode as i was a big fan. after his k plate blew up along with his wife he made one more 'christmas special' called 'the french connection' in which he was driving a Merc.

Funny, as Corgi did a model of one the "Spender" cars, and they were all silver and in the pictures on the RSOC thread, it "looks" like the H-reg one is definitely "Ebony Black" .

the 2wd saff was indeed flint

There were no silver or magenta cars i'm afraid tho and it was a merc he had in the xmas special....
