What sort of crack testing do you require? If it is simple dye pen a local welding supplies should be able to sell you a kit for Ł10-15.

Its a peice of piss to do, but the official training course will set you back Ł1.5k rip off or what!

I used to do it at work on repair jobs that came in, it came in 2 airosol tins, you firstly sprayed a red die over the area left it to dry then sprayed the 2nd 1 over the top of that wich was like white paint any cracks in the metal would show up as red lines

Paul,
I could arrange to have the X-raying done for you, we normally have it done on welds for the oil industry. Not sure if MPI would show anything up on a painted wheel...
