A vacancy for the above role reporting to the UK Sales Manager has now arisen.



Location: Flexible although preferably Milton Keynes/Southern England



The ideal candidate will be:-



- Experienced with a proven track record for strong Account Management.

- The ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through existing accounts and successfully introduce new accounts to our business.

- Good all round communication skills and commercial awareness.

- Strong influencing and sales closing skills.

- Be able to work and contribute as part of a newly formed external sales team.



In addition you will need to be a self-starter, driven for results, be highly motivated and be flexible in your working hours. Experience of Field Technical Services and or Courier / Logistics is desirable.



A full and clean Driving Licence is mandatory.

The Candidate The successful Candidate will have good literacy and presentation skills with a high level of IT literacy.. They will be capable of seeing an opportunity and then working on own initiative to grasp it. Previous experience of logistics and technical field is not necessary.



Responsibilities Ensure consistent promotion of Echo as a brand.

Create a library of marketing literature to include Customer reference services, case studies, promotional literature, flyers etc.

Produce standard presentations and ensure consistency of message across our service offer.

Oversee Customer satisfaction reporting and assist with presentation of performance metrics.

Responsible for web site content.

Run targeted mailing campaigns.

Assist Commercial Director in preparation of Tenders and Bid responses.

Assist Commercial Director in pre-implementation phase of new service and business development.

Manage communications plan for both internal and external stakeholders
