Shame they put in a BMW grille, just like it's original look, but I think it has a function

Found some specs:
Motor Fiat 600 (902cc). 2 Turbos Garret T2 . Presión 10,20 y 30 PSI. Intercooler aire-aire. Sistema de inyección Electromotive TEC2 con dos inyectores. Tapa Trabajada. Válvulas especiales. Resortes y platillos Iskenderian. Balancines de acero. Leva (diseño para turbo) 9000 rpm max. Pistones Forjados IASA. Potencia 200 hp.@ 30 psi. aprox. Combustible: 100 octanos.
No idea what language it is, but I think we all can figure out what it means.
