Default Gearbox Question?

guys

when i last drove my RS (and this is the reason it is off the road) i came up to a set of traffic lights, tried to drop it down a gear but it ended up gettin stuck in gear.

i managed to pull over safely, but had to give it an allmighty yank to get it out of gear. now it wont select any gear at all and the gear stick is stuck in the neutral position.

is this a fuked box??? or could it be something else??

I would also be making sure the clutch is disengaging properly and not dragging.

Can you get any gears with the engine off?
