I caught a glimpse of what I thought was a Mk1 Escort, only saw a flash of orange/yellow as it was behind a row of cars turning right. That was on Penarth road at about 5:15.

If the one you saw was a mango yellow/orange colour, i've seen it at cruises. Running a C20XE on twin 45's (or maybe 48's). Lovely looking car.

was on the piss in cardiff friday night and there was a white mk1 2 dorr 1300e parked opposite toys r us at about 1 in the morning! had xr2i wheels on it,it looked pretty solid too.
