hello boys & girls

today i rooted through the dash to find one wire broken to the ecu green wire pin 4 solderd it back togeather still wont start went to the boot to look at the nock sensor in the boot & its melted cut it off & joined wires togeather still wont start, what would cause this sensor to melt.

I should put mine money on the TDP/REV sensor or the Phase sensor because of the misfiring.

I did had the same running well.....running well....running well....misfiring.....running well....misfiring and dyed.

And will not start again, umless you lett it cool down.

I changed those sensors and the problem is solved

what about ignition amp on the inner wing. may be worth giving this a try as if it isnt working there wont be a visable spark.

had me mate round today with his saph tried his 3 bar map sensor still wouldnt run then tried his ignition amp still didnt go so then cheaked the timing and found the dizzy and bottom pulley didnt line up to where they should be. cams line up spot on it looks to be about 2 teath out on both pulleys wich is very strange cus now and then it will run perfect no knocking or anything will remove bottom pulley 2moro and get it all lined up then see what happens dizzy bearing in sharft feels a bit dodgy with a fair bit of wear in it. god nows why they are out of line new belt tensioner the lot belt is not slack at all.

laters chaps thanks

let u now what happens al

you don't need to remove the bottom pulley to get the timing correct. also i'd reduce the crank sensor gap to around 0.6mm
