my 2wd wont beat them off the mark but 2nd & 3rd its flying past and i meen flying past mine is 330bhp .scooby has no chance there is a bloke where i live says his scooby is 400bhp yeah right wonted a race on a link road up hill duel carrigeway from a 2 lane start roundabout road is about 1 mile long left me on the start got into third as i was wheel spinning past him when i was at the top of the hill i could just see him in the distance gutted never wanted to race again ha ha ha no chance.

ive driven my mates uk 300bhp scooby yeah quick off the mark. 2nd 3rd gear where is the power gone no more power up rate the engine then it goes bang glorified farmers car mate. crap i can take you to a garage where i live & there's loads in there blown engine's gearboxes crap most waiting for parts.

plus my car is not set up for accelleration more mid range power & top end. good for the motorway.

I get it at work from the apprentices saying a cossie would get humped from a scooby until we had an agency guy in with a 05 sti and i kicked his ass down the local bypass.

i must agree i do like the look of the scooby it is a good looking car if i ever got one id still like a cossie engine in it but thats me we all have are opinions i was just advised not to get one from a freind that rallied 2 of them & repairs road cars for a living.

It's summant to do with cutting fuel after a certain boost level has been reached

a mate of mine has an old wrx pretty standard i think ive not driven it but feels a lot quicker than my saff when it was stage 1. maybe its the massive spoiler makes it go fast..

hummm... I was not talking about WRX but 2.0GT, anyway I have driven the 2003 WRX STi. It feels quicker at low revs, but nothing special behind 160Km/h (100mph) was expecting a lot more.
