Default focus rs parts

Hi, can i get ford dealer parts fron any were else. Took my focus rs in today cause i was told it needed a new belt and tensioner on warrenty, but when they stripped it down they said the damage is dowm to stones and tryed to charge me £252. I told them to put it back together with the old parts and they still tryed to charge me £100, so i kicked up a fuss and they dropped the charge. they gave me the part numbers, said the tensioner is £90 and the belt is £12 but said there dealer parts. Any help would be much appreciated.

Its just the alternator belt. I had a big fight on the phone with them and no joy they just dropped the charge for striiping it down. I took the car in cause it sounded like a diesel, the tensioner is fooked and is really noisey and ratterly.
