Default Another One For The Ford Parts Dept Boys........

Ford car alarms.........

My car has one, but dosen't work. Can anyone shed some light on them?

The models etc.....?

My Fiesta is a 1993 model with the a Ford siren under the bonnet, i'd like to see if it still works before i rip it out and replace.

Is there anything i should look for to help identify it?

TBH not many early fiesta had alarms i sure the factory standerd alarm was wired to a horn not a siren as such.

May be could of been a ford aftermarket add on

Aside from the 'horn alram', Ford fitted Laserline alarms in the early 90's, not sure if this was a local dealership thing, or mainstream.
