its an windows error, the explorer program has found an error, so try rebooting!! do as said adware scan, go to this site and do a windows up date.

It's a Windows XP error report. Turn it off (permanently)

To do this:

Go to "Control Panel", Then "System"
Click on "Advanced"

Click on "Error Reporting" and change to "Disable Error Reporting"

You won't get this on any site again, I usually uncheck the "But notify when critical errors occor" also.

While you are here, untick the box in "Advanced" that says "Automatically reboot"

Hope this helps, I have had no trouble doing this on ANY system

still think this can either be a currput file used by internet explorer or

you have some spy ware causing problems

adaware 6 and/or spy sweeper might fixit
