Default Hard Drive ATA-133 standard IDE compatible

Gonna get a new bigger hard drive, the one i've got my eye on is a "IDE ATA-133"

Does anyone know anything about these, been reading up on them all night and they say "EIDE and ATA compatible" well what about normal old IDE compatibility?

I'm running intel P4 if that helps

If you are running a P4 board then it's most likely supports ATA-133. In otherwords it'll be perfect.
