Mark called me this morning. His phone is fooked. He's still there working, think he's using his wifes phone (I don't know the number)

i think jim is still trying to blame mark for his fire,but there are 2 sides to every story jim and i have heard both sides,

gary, once again (for the 3rd time asking) could you please tell me what this other side is!!!!!! i have NO idea what mark has been telling people!!! honestly!!!

also please remember mark had declined numerous offers to inspect the car himself/have the car inspected, and i have also paid for independant forensic inspections on the car (putting me out of pocket considerably). These inspections proved conclusively that his "explination" for how it caught fire was totally incorrect. his story soon changed afterwards. since he never saw the car/evidence etc. etc. there is NO WAY he could possibly know the cause of the fire.

also people who are innocent normally dont spend 6 months avoiding legitimate questions about his business and insurance details, and also tend to reply to phonecalls from my claims peopel with language such as "you can fuck right off"
