how hard is it to take a steering rack apart and add me new quick rack kit

actually stripping a rack is a pain, defo need to know what end of a spanner to hold.

stopped doing the ready to go jobbie (well burtons have)

I tried everyone for a complete quick rack but nobody could get one at the time including burtons, eventually tracked one down in Leeds for £80ish.
