What oil in a T5 box

Hello im going to be buying some oil for my car soon, im going to get it from ford but i wanted to double check which one i need as my ford dealership it crap

Also is the ford stuff good to use or would i be better getting something else.

Oh also how much oil does it hold

just over 2.0l bud all atf is the same really any will do.
