Default need a bit of advise on removing carpet etc!!!

more bad news on the fiesta situation.
i just took it for an mot and it failed on a tyre( not a prob) nsr brake binding(again not a prob) but most importantly there are two patches of rust, one by the drivers footwell and one by passenger b pillar.
to save myself some labour costs im going to strip the interior myself but waht i need to know is whether the dashboard and heater matrix need to come out to remove the carpet, obviously i know seats and sill trims etc need to be removed but thats no hassle.
any help would be mucho appreciated

No mate, You will need to get the seats out and the gearlever console as well as the side trims. The carpet should come out nice and easy then
