Whoops, melted the clutch cable

forgot to cable tie it away from the manifold 
i rescued it, but now the clutch doesnt engage as nice, i've deffo cooked the cable and itll probably snap in a few days
oh well, better get it back into the garage then

mine melted last year at the ring.
all the plastic melted off and then the wire just curled up because there was no plastic sheath to stop it.
i had no heat sheild on so this is just one of the things can happen.

not to mention heat damage to the paint on the bonnet
btw my manifold melted my carbon heat sheild,,,,,,,,, so that was a good investment for me

i dont have a turbocharger there 
i DO have a heatshield around my ABS tho
the clutch cable was resting on the manifold tho, hence the burning
