Relocate battery to boot - gives a lot more space, but not strictly required depending on intercooler / radiator choice

Remove original battery tray and radiator mounts to allow cossie rad and escort chargecooler (brackets of both slightly modded) to fit nicely

Use 1.6 / 2 litre engine crossmember and engine mounts with 50mm rubbers

Modify a 1.8 sierra gearbox crossmember, using the standard T5 aluminium spacer and rubber mount

Shorten front half of 1.6 / 2.0 propshaft (don’t use 2.8) by 30mm

Use 1.6 axle (standard crownwheel, pinion, and halfshafts) – takes 300 brake OK

Build a 2.8 lsd into the axle if available

Uprate suspension, brakes to suit use
