FootBall Match on the Day so I'll need a Team of 5 strapping lads please lol

Will let you know all where it is and who to make cheques payable too as soon as I'm passed the info

Just wanted to get the info up for you to put the date down and start gaining interest!!

Looks like it should be a top day out though

 

many thanks for all the interest shown so far -
tickets are now printed and will be available as from next weekend (easter) - for clubs wishing to attend, we would like groups of more than five cars showing to pay in advance so we atleast know how many will be arriving for club stands and we can allocate you an area (**groups turning up on the day without a minimum of five tickets will be parked in the general rs parking**) - like we said, there will be admittance on the day, but we'll need know from the regional group how many are likely to turn up - a "flyer ticket" will be sent out with the pre-purchase tickets, so that the "on the day" members can be fast tracked into the site to their regional stand -
there will also be general rs parking on the show ground for non regional owners who turn up -
no one will be turned away !! -

can group event organizers please mail me just to say if they intend to have a stand at the show and roughly for how many cars on it - we have to "measure the field" soon for a plan for the day and we are wondering how many more clubs will need a stand - there will be a rs only parking area at the show for those who dont belong to a group and just fancy a bimble down here for the day - tickets are now availible for the show (details above )

the dorset show entry time is now from 8.30am (£7.00 per car) - (general public enrty time is 10.30 and is £7 per person as before)

again, thanks for all the interest shown for our new show at Lulworth on 11th June
we have taken bookings for tickets from a few groups now, but we really need an idea of who is coming - this will aid us in the setting up of the show ground (as we have to do it early on the day), trophy numbers required and give us a rough indication of numbers expected -
as weve said we are taking entry on the day, but if a group turns up and we have had no notice they were coming, they will have to go in the general rs/classic car area because there will not have been an allocated space for them - sorry -
so can i ask any group or committee members of groups who have not yet contacted us yet to do so soon please, either here or PM me or ring karen

We are there with the surrey group gonna go for a long weekend camp at durdle door and get lost in there 45 acre woodlands So i might end up being found a few weeks after the showe if i get pissed pmsl!

We got a 5 a-side team lined up to me and helen are kicking the boys into shape pmsl

I cant attend the show myself as not around on this date
At the moment I've not got any one else down as going to this one
Which is a shame!!

So if you've got any mates with Fords etc,,,do let them know also perhaps get a few of ya up there to support this lot of their regional day and also have the PF stand
