He laughs coz he has Autronic and thinks its the best you can get

Cozzy management or FRST managment are both easy and avaliable options mate.

Whats your budget?

Why the fook would you want to fit cossie management to a Zetec?

For the same money you could fit Omex, or even a few more pennies SECS S8. Theres Autronic or Pectel if you have a few bob more, personally trying to bodge a Cossie ECU onto a Zetec seems the poorest soloution to the problem.

Still need a phase sensor though Ryan. And to fabricate the four CPS teeth onto a pulley (or flywheel). Plus the babyboard for coilpack conversion....

Well said that man

Iam gonna run my 2.1 zetec turbo on FRST management and then having it live mapped, may not be the best money can buy but it works!!

Ryan, each to their own!

Simplest form of management would be the FRST's EECIV, plug and play, just needs a live map to suit.

How much is the going rate for a Cossie Management Conversion??

We do Omex Conversions starting from around Ł1500 (Supplied/Fitted/Mapped) depending of course on many factors.

The Omex ECU is around Ł600. There is extra cost for fitting and mapping. On a car that is equipped for EFi, obviously the cost is not as high as one that isn't.

I would say around Ł1500 all in for an EFi car and around Ł2000 for a non-EFi car (unless of course the EFi conversion was already done).

Its best to take it to someone who will supply fit and set up the whole lot as above will.

Don't mess about with doing odd jobs yourself, it will end up costing a lot more.

Well said that man!! Many tuners/mappers would rather work on a car to which they have either installed the management or trust the person that installed it.
