The Omex ECU is around £600. There is extra cost for fitting and mapping. On a car that is equipped for EFi, obviously the cost is not as high as one that isn't.
I would say around £1500 all in for an EFi car and around £2000 for a non-EFi car (unless of course the EFi conversion was already done).
Its best to take it to someone who will supply fit and set up the whole lot as above will.
Don't mess about with doing odd jobs yourself, it will end up costing a lot more.
