just been prescribed both as the ads on the telly an radio are doing my head in and i have a few mates who hve relatives who have suffered from the effects of smoking.has anyone had any good results from either?

i'm thinking of taking them up. maybe after a while, i'll try and give them up by starting to smoke.

i did it on them mate but you gotta have the will power too, i still have a few when i am on the pish but otherwise stopped almost right away
