Excessive heat

Default Excessive heat

Ive noticed some discolouring under the bonnet, the throttle cable looks like its starting to melt and the bonnet is a darker shade of red

Apart from laging the manifold how can i stop this

get it coated in iconel, they do it in white and black.

looks quite good when done to, or u could get that lizard skin shite, but it looks shite

Heat reflective tape/shet on the underside of the bonnet?

Don't drive it as fast?

i had some heat probs with my manifold, so i had it ceramic coated inside and out


also had a small heat shield made to go in front of spark plug


l



also used bonnet lifters

t28 , have you got 3 bat map sensor , im asking as i see your using magnecor leads, ive heard that they can cause rf feedback , and lead to map sensor failure ?

yours been ok ?
