ok boys,anyone know the exact boost you can run max on a fez turbo ofab managment without a superchip?

I think its about 11 psi.My first turbo was standard bar an exhaust and k&n and on a cool or wet night would overboost.

Get a chip

 

i was selling my car a little while back and sold the chip and alloys ,but now decided to keep her after taking her for a spin the other day after not driving her for a month.back to square 1!! she was running 10psi with the chip anyways so hopefully i can getaway with it

 

Hi Mine overboosts in 4th and 5th at 10 psi. Not always... its worse when its cold.

 

i have an unchipped frst running ofab and my boost cut comes in at 8psi held for 5 seconds or more and then it limits my boost to 6psi until the engien is turned off and back on again

from memory stage one chips let u run 12psi and a stage 2 am unsure off top of my head

am fitting a new engine and erst box to mine very soon and will go for a stage 1 chip with that until i can aford the full spec of t3 turbo beiges etc etc lol

 

its boosting up to 10ish,only given it the beans in 1str and 2nd and hasnt overboosted yet,however you usually have to get them on full chat in 3rd/4th to get overboost dont ya?
