MT75 hard to get in second?

MT75 hard to get in second?
Is it fooked basicly?
Or will spray some WD40/grease on something help matters?
It's not a real problem just a bit stiff going into second as opposed to going in to the other gears..

v. v. v. common
1st things 1st check (or even maybe change) the gearbox oil
if it dont help then either 1) get it looked at by someone like bernie 2) live with it
