Give Mike "R" a call, he got me some Ahmed Springs for my Sapphire Cossie, 25mm Drop, good enough for track days, and also nice as an every day driver.

Very Pleased with them and they're on Koni Adjustable shocks

Yep, as a road and occasional track day, Koni's are a good choice. Definately Give Mike Rainbird a call about the Ahmed Springs, I think they're just what your looking for. 25mm Drop (Sensible), and subtle enough for the road.

I've been in a couple of Sapphire Cossies who have also had Koni Dampers, but different springs, and they crash their way over any bumb in the road and feel horrible compared to mine which uses the same shocks (Koni) but with the Ahmed Springs. They're also a linear spring, so the same spring rate regardless of compression (Within Reason of course).

Default suspension set up

i run with avo coil overs, their good cos you set them how you want, slammed or reasonable, handy if you want to run with 18"rims, wheel arch may need a roll in this case, i think they are a bit hard though,
