Default Techie Q emissions...Stu?

Just had the saff MOT'd. Bloke doesn't normally bother checking the CO,but i got it checked anyway out of curiosity. Running a stg.1 Bayjoo chip,Pipercross and 'goose exhaust. This is what i got:
Idle 1.6
2000 rpm 2.8 ish
3000 rpm 6.2 ish
Now is it so high at 3000 cos it should be starting to boost (but isn't cos it's in neutral) or am i burning a lot of Optimax for nothing??
Advice please!

its not done RPM related... the MAP input is used to work out boost...

ie the car should fuel perfect at 1psi all thru rev range and also fuel perfect at 30psi all thru rev range with no alterations

altho im sure i just explain thats REALLY badly

No, as std, (same basic fuel map as a stage 1) a cossie will run at around 0.5%CO at the rpms you mentioned when revved in neutral.

I run my own stage 1's at around 2% CO cruise but thats personal choice.

6% is a tad rich and wont be helping your fuel economy when driving at very light throttle.

Sounds more like excessive fuel pressure than a bad map to me initially.....

Thanks fellas. So,i am just wasting fuel or am i going to create long term problems(bore wash etc)?
If the fuel pressure IS too high does that mean my regulator is poorly or something else?
It's running yellows( )by the way! Have got no problems with the performance tho.
Any further advice appreciated
