How difficult is the fitting of both the grs and the pro alloy... what sort of cutting etc needs to be done to mak room?
Great pics so far thx

The pro-alloy one comes with pipe work and requires very little cutting but cost Ł100 more the grs which requires quite alot of fidling and you have to remove the bonnet catch and fit pins.

Neither have I, there's no need to unless you've got a zetec turbo with an adaptor plate to fit the ERST exhaust manifold as it pushes the turbo further forward and you need to move the radiator forward for clearance, hance you need to bin the bonnet catch.

if you have astandard radiator, you can keep the standard rad and catch
i have the extra large mahoosive pro alloy one, and there was no chance of me keeping the catch
i also had a ZT and an adapter plate i had 1cm from the actuator braket to the radiator
the front face of the rad was inline with the front panel
couldnt go any further forward, and i was still fooked
