I know its been brought up many times but what is the best oil to use for a 440bhp cossie?

I'm using Silkolene Pro S from Oilman - if you join his site as a member, he's having a special deal at the moment I believe - there's a thread on here, I'll find it and BTTT it.....

Three In a Row.....I too use Silkolene Pro S.....Seems perfect for that spec of cossie,
