Easy mate...1st take off the grill, then remove both headlamps...you'll see the front bumper torx bolts underneith the headlamps...undo these, under the vehicle on each side of the bumper you'll see a big turny nob wotsit (official ford name...honest lol) twist these 90 degrees and pull out, disconnect your indicators and foglamps and slide out you bumper

All correct as above apart from why the hell would you want to remove the headlights I have removed the front bumper from my 3dr many times, it takes no more than 10 mins maximum when i remove it & you don't have to remove the headlights. All the rest is good advise/correct.

Goodluck with it.

Have you got bolts on yours or Torxs?? Mine has torx and found I cant get the socket on the heads properly without removing the headlamps. I too have also removed my bumper many times in the 5yrs of ownership.

Mines got bolts so i can get a spanner onto it no probs, i can see now why you would have to remove the headlamps to get a torx bit in there. Change them for bolts & then the next time you need to remove it its easy.
