One of the lads there (guy organising the day as it happens) is a bit of a car trader and turned up in a 106gti he has just aquired, he had that on 2 wheels at one point apperently, although i didnt see it myself.

Just goes to show how much grip there is on that tarmac.

We were on 10 quid a corner secondhand wheel and tyres from the local breakers and we still had enough grip to get a wheel off the ground

I dont know yet what im up to in june and i suspect by the time i do it will be booked up.

My mate hannahs birthday is the 16th though, so if she isnt too hung over we might pop up in the afternoon to spectate and see if she can blag some passenger laps as she likes trackdays, she is only about 7 stone so shouldnt way anyone down too much, lol

 

nice pic But fook me, isn't llandow a bit of a small circuit for cars? the 2 stroke karts I used to race made llandow feel tiny lol
