One of the lads there (guy organising the day as it happens) is a bit of a car trader and turned up in a 106gti he has just aquired, he had that on 2 wheels at one point apperently, although i didnt see it myself.

Just goes to show how much grip there is on that tarmac.

We were on 10 quid a corner secondhand wheel and tyres from the local breakers and we still had enough grip to get a wheel off the ground
