where can i get the unlock codes to unlock the network barring so i can use my 02 sim in it???? help grately recieved

i rang this number and had mine unlocked to n e network.
0906 635 0079(1.50 per min, 4mins)
HOW TO UNLOCK UR PHONE
*ensure u have this ready
1 phone number and network operator
2 15 digit imei number on the battery pack
3 call the hotline follow the instructions the unlocking code gets read out at the end.
4 enter the unlock code into ur mobile as if makin a call as u type the last digit should say RESTRICTION OFF.
