2 15 digit imei number on the battery pack
3 call the hotline follow the instructions the unlocking code gets read out at the end.
4 enter the unlock code into ur mobile as if makin a call as u type the last digit should say RESTRICTION OFF.

That'll be which phone company it is locked to Gus ie. Orange , Vodaphone etc...
