Pipes probably come off the matrix up behind the dash Lou - get someone to stick their arm up the back (not as easy as it sounds !) and put it back on.

Is the motor fused? Should be somewhere..........

Otherwise, a scarf and hat always goes down a treat

If you've got heat then I doubt it will be anything electrical (?) more a way of getting it into the cabin..............

if you have heat but its not blowing then its definately something electrical and NOT the matrix/hose to the matrix.

I would say its the blower itself (normally under the glove box but not sure on an RST) or power to it i.e fuse

well if not that then its the switch or the blower itself.

I would say try the fuse then switch then try the blower

The heater fan is in engine bay on them isnt it? well i know it is on ERST and is piss easy to remove. Check fuse first if not whip the blower out and pass a current through it to see if its knackered!

Hey Lou - Billy here lol

I know what it was............ You never had "The Glove" on

I recon switch, as i'm sure there'd be a few other things not working as well..... IIRC its only the overheating fan that has its own fuse on the heating system. I'm sure the heater blower shares a fuse with some other bits................

But then i could be wrong

i was just meaning, if something else has gone, then its probably a fuse.

i cant remember if the blowers are fused with anything else or not so im of no use. so ill go back to talking to myself

Because when your driving along you tend to get a certain amount of heat through and even tho the blower wasnt working when i put my hand infront of the vent last night it was hot

My 3dr has the exact same problem at the moment, no life in the heater blowers, but i can still feel the heat comming through the vents when driving only. I will be spending this weekend trying to fix.

Any more ideas or any suggestions of someone local to me that can help me out please

Could be an earthing fault of some description.

Also, take the fuse out, and check inside the actual fuse holder to see if's corroded at all.

Could also check with a multimeter that you're getting power both sides of the fuse.....

If that is the case then

How can i confirm it is this thats fooked tho? is it a case of if the multimeter says that im not getting power to both sides of the fuse? or is there anything else to check
