Quick question for you, being nosey really !!

I was recently reading the June '05 issue of Evo where they tested the Ultima GTR 640. This they say is the worlds quickest accelerating car, 0-60 in 2.7 but they also say it will do 0-100-0 in 9.8 seconds. This got me thinking as your car does 0-100 in 6 point something so could you car match or beat the 0-100-0 time set by the Ultima ? I reckon you could match it........

just interested in whether you think you could !!

Its on about production cars mate probably but I doubt Rods car could stop in that distance due to the weight of an old taxi.

 

I thought Rod's was partially stripped, huge brakes etc ? If not then yeah, stopping may prove the losing point.........

 

6sec to 100? are you sure? rods motor is fast, but not THAT fast? is it?

 

6.8 wasn't it? Pretty fast for a RWD car

 

Saw a post on here yesterday from Rod where he said it was 6 point something, I'm sure..........if not then whoops !!!!

Mine did 0-100 8.1 with 500bhp so sub 9's are possible. Now its an insane 6.9.

Huge aps it may have but I cant see it getting from 100-0 in that time in a taxi.

 

However Martins car should easily beat this.
Cams reckoning on 4.5 to a hundred if it gets that his car will be truely out of this world.
And stoppings no problem either fully stripped, Brembo 8 pots front and rear.

 

No!! chance of that are nil i would think. Think the Utima is in the 5's to 100 so quicker than mine. Would beat jt down Brunters thats about all.
