Going for a different approach on the sig front so if anyone would generously lend pics of their cossie I would really appreciate it. Please?

Because it's car she wants or it's a car she really likes the look of. There's a few reasons really.

I'd imagine they're are plenty of people on here with cars they don't own in their sigs.

The reasons I asked are:

a) I don't have a car.
b) I love Escort Cosworths.

It's not a big deal but it just seems a little to put a car in your sig that you dont own. Particularly if thats the only car in the sig - like you're trying to deceive people into believing that you own it.
It's a bit like cossie look-a-likes etc, some people may like them but to me its just lame.

If your really that curious as to whether or not its there car or not then pm them and ask, easy!!

If someone loves cars and they dont own one then what are there supposed to put in there sig? a teapot?

I dont recall anything in the forum rules saying that you have to have a sig pic?

If you dont own a car (or have a crap one that you are ashamed of) then why not make a sig using pics of famous cars - rally cars etc? Having pics of someone elses road gong car in your sig is just embarrassing!

Surely you can have whatever you want in your sig. as long as it doesn't offend anyone.

 

All this over a 500x100 image. If I had a car and someone wanted it on their sig I'd be pleased.

There is the option of having no sig, but what if you just want it to look a bit more lively? Not against the rules at the end of the day

I've got a racecar in there that a guy on this board own's, should I not have it then? I'm geninely interested and have a real love for these touring cars but I doubt I will ever own one! Whats the problem!?
